From tech pack to first sample
Share
Before a single Draxon piece is cut, it lives as a tech pack — every seam, panel, and gusset specced out. We work with a fashion development house in North Vancouver to turn a concept into something a manufacturer can actually build, then pressure-test the fit in 3D before the first sample is ever sewn.
The first sample is never the last. It comes back, gets worn, gets pushed — and if it doesn't hold to the standard, it goes back again. This is the slow part. It's also the part that decides whether a piece earns the line.
More from the workbench soon.
